Problem
After a design review, the useful notes rarely stay in one place. Comments sit in Figma, context lands in Slack, and the real priority list lives in someone's head. Triage turns into re-reading threads instead of fixing work.
Result
Teams get a single inbox for Figma feedback and a digest built for review meetings. Less hunting across tools, clearer handoff between rounds, and more time on the fixes that matter.
Approach
I shaped FigBack around the rhythm teams already use: connect the files under review, pull comments into one stream, triage in a digest view, then share what changed. AI suggests groups and priority; people stay in control of what ships. Slack and Confluence export are next.
Takeaway
The leverage is not a cleverer summary. It is one stream everyone trusts before AI adds structure.
